Quick answers

Setting up your login? On your dashboard, click "Set up my login". You'll choose a password, then add an authenticator app. The link lasts two hours; click the button again for a fresh one.
Organization ID? WISP Manager asks for it when you sign in. It's on your dashboard.
Forgot your WISP Manager password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
Who approves the plan? Your Qualified Individual: the one person responsible for your security plan. If you work on your own, that's you. In WISP Manager, open Home and choose "Name your Qualified Individual". If it's someone else, invite them under Admin, then Users, with the Qualified Individual role.
Adding staff? In WISP Manager, Admin, then Users, then Invite. There's no charge per person.
